We had the leaves in a crepe when we were with you in Sudan, with the flowers served on top, sauteed with garlic and butter. Do you have any more good moringa recipes? Or do you plan to dry the leaves and make into tablets to be taken as medicine or what?
Pretty much anything that can take greens you could replace with moringa like pasta sauce, eggs, etc. We probably won't dry the leaves into tablets for now. The trees will serve as greens for our team and friends, a natural fence, a bit of shade, and we will let some trees get big for seeds which we may give to neighbors.
